Okay that was pretty amusing and the old Griffster looked like the biggest square in squaresville and "don't you believe in freedom" is the wrong thing to say now that it's become this joke used by the ann coulter-esque right but seriously? What the fuck was wrong with those people? They spend all this time and energy away from their jobs and family assuming they have those things to go protest and they can't eloquently tell a news crew what they are there fighting for? I think the protesters ended up like a bunch of brat kids who had no idea what they are doing just wanting to join in a media frenzy and get squirrely about something political. Yeah yeah fox news sucks or whatever but it looked like they just were trying to find out what the people were protesting which is a legitimate question. Were it not for the one guy that muttered something about no war and torture I would have no idea their agenda other than hating fox news which is a waste of time.
Leslie - agreed. Reminds me of Greg. Who now smokes, drinks and eats meat - not that there's anything wrong with it, but that whole punk/whatever protest culture seems awfully fake. I'm making a blanket statement, and I'm sure there are some people really making an honest effort to change the things they don't agree with, but for every one of those people, there are ten more just trying to score scene points.
That said, FUCK FOX NEWS.
